The personnel is a 10, extremely attentive and helpful. The meals, the facilities, everything was very good. We enjoyed an excellent stay as well as meal was delicious. We loved Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo. We will repeat!

Stayed for 3 days with my spouse. Beds ended up cozy and the space was always clean. The staff have been incredibly useful and friendly and always made us feel welcome. Rooms are large plus the closet. The bathroom was also very pretty clean and also the shower was great. Not a very social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.

This hotel was truly centrally situated and the staff in the reception were available at all the hrs. The beds were comfortable and the people in the hotel had been typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end. Me and my husband stayed at the hotel for two or three days for holidays to discovering the place. Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo is located in an exceptionally central placement, it’s thoroughly clean as well as the beds are extremely comfortable! There is only one matter I’d recommend going forward and that is to offer extra hotel amenities, shower gel especially. Over-all, I had been very pleased with this stay and would certainly recommend it to any one looking to head over to Tokyo.
